This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected about you by HMS when you do any of the following (collectively, the “Services”): (i) visit HMS locations or use our ferry or marine management services, (ii) communicate with us during any written, electronic, and oral communications, or (iii) access or use our website at http://www.hmsgm.com (the “Site”), or any other features or content owned or operated by HMS that link to this Privacy Policy.

Our security measures include industry-standard physical, technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information, to maintain data accuracy, to ensure the appropriate use of information, and otherwise safeguard your personal information.
Please recognize that protecting your personal information is also your responsibility. We ask you to be responsible for safeguarding your password, secret questions and answers and other authentication information you use to access our Services.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Our Services are not intended to attract children under 18. Accordingly, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request businesses with whom they have an established business relationship (a) a list of the categories of personal information that they have disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. If we receive your request at a different email, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.
